That's where we step in - we can attend the Open for Inspections that you can't and either video call you or provide you with an inspection report.
Our Rental Inspection service is ideal for those of you who are still overseas/interstate, are too busy to attend the inspection or just can't get out of your commitments to attend the rental inspection in person.
It's near impossible to rent a property in Melbourne sight unseen so let us represent you at the inspection.
For only $99, we'll attend the inspection on your behalf and provide you with the Rental Inspection report (we will also ask the Property Manager any specific questions you have. It's almost like being there yourself!).

NOTE: For any properties outside our core area, please email us and we'll let you know if we can fit it in.
How long does it take to recieve the report?
We know how competitive the rental market is and understand time is of the essence. So we'll have the report to you within a couple of hours of the inspection.
What's included in the report?
The report consists of a video tour of the property, additional photos of all rooms and notes on the property. The report will be delivered to you via email.
Can you organise a Video Call from the property?
Definately yes! This is the most common request we have. If you're available, we can call you from the property and take you on a Video Tour of the property.
After we recieve the Rental Inspection Report, how do we apply for the property?
When we attend the inspection on your behalf, we will give the Property Manager your name, phone number and email address. If they use an online rental application form like Ignite or 2Apply, they will send the link directly to you. If the agent gives us a paper application form, we will email it through to you with the Rental Inspection Report and the instructions on how to submit the application.
How much do you charge for the Inspection?
The rental inspection service is $99 and will be reimbursed if the inspections are cancelled.
